Singapore's first-ever wok hei ramen is a cultural crossover between Japanese ramen broth and Chinese lamian noodles, presenting a bowl of delicious ramen noodle soup that is laced with ample wok hei smoke-kissed savouriness. For the uninitiated, wok hei literally translates to “breath of the wok”, a prized smokiness derived from cooking in an Asian bowed wok.
